This New Hire Orientation trained +1000 new hires in 4 years. The program required a wide range of instructional design skills, including PowerPoint design, video editing, LMS, and ILT delivery.
Rose to the challenge of taking a boring and dry subject such as an overtime policy and convert it into a modern and visually appealing e-learning module.
